When i close the app (autocad) the cpu usage comes down and i only see this kind of behaviour after 2hours of continuos work. So far Autocad for mac on the Nvidia rmbps use about 2% to 15% of the Cpu. Maybe the app can not use properly the AMD GPU because of autodesk not supporting it. Maybe AMD GPU heats up because of external monitors ( used the mini display port to vga and this behaviour showed up again) Next step will be to use only the laptop display ( but this defeats the purposes of a dGPU that could run a 5k monitor) and see if this persists.
