Out Of Office For Mac Mail

Select Out of Office from the menu bar. Select Send Out Of Office messages. Enter your out of office response in the Reply to messages with box below. Note: The response entered in this field will ONLY be sent to INTERNAL UCSD email addresses. Specify a start and end time for the reply to activate and deactivate. You can ask senders for their forgiveness immediately, too, and by email, with an 'out of office' auto-responder. Outlook for Mac offers two kinds: one for Exchange accounts that have the automatic replies come from the server and one it does itself for any kind of email account.

To add a server-side Blocked Sender when connected to an Exchange 2013 or later mailbox, select the email sent from the sender you wish to block, click Junk on the ribbon, and then click Block Sender. Alternatively, you can right-click the email, hover over Junk Mail, and then click Block Sender. The next time this sender sends you an email, it will be directed into the Junk E-Mail folder. The method i described sets a server side rule so it works all the time and is the correct way to do this I believe this is only for Exchange-based corporate servers. Surprisingly, Apple Mail still doesn’t provide a native option for out of office. I want to know when Apple is going to fix the Zombie Email problem.
