Sep 04, 2012  Our enterprise e-mail and calendaring is running on Exchange 2010 and we have thousands of Mac users with Outlook 2011 and a thousand Linux users that use OWA to access their mailbox. Is it possible to recall a message using Outlook 2011 or OWA on Exchange 2010? An option to Recall an email sent from Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac would be beneficial. Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Windows has this function but it is not available in Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac. Office 2011 won't work with where MS is going on the back end, and the new version of the Mac Outlook is also missing some features that will be added in the future - so read the fine print carefully.

MS removed local synching in an update that corresponded with Mountain Lion - the 'iSync' conduit that synched devices locally was removed from MS Office and OS X.
